Connecting via proxy

You use the proxy option to connect to 1010data Insights Platform via a proxy server.

The proxy switch specifies that the connection to 1010data Insights Platform should be routed through the specified proxy server. The [PROXY] argument may contain the user's proxy user name and password, and the port number.
datahauler64 [DATABASE_TYPE] -u [USERNAME] -p [PASSWORD] -C [CONNSTR] -d [DSTPATH]
-P http://[USER[:PASSWORD]@][HOST][:PORT]

A proxy server may not require any credentials or a port number, for example:

-P http://my.corporate.proxy

A proxy server may only require a user name. Adding a user name requires adding an at symbol (@) afterward, for example:

http://hGranger@my.corporate.proxy

If your proxy server requires a user name and password or a port, you must insert a colon (:).

http://aHamilton:g3n3ricPWD@my.corporate.proxy
http://my.corporate.proxy:8080
Some proxy servers will require a full set of credentials, for example:
http://qColdwater:g3n3ricPWD@my.corporate.proxy:8080

If you do not know the correct proxy server information to provide, ask your network administrator.

For more information, see -P, --proxy.
