Requires Data Hauler to terminate if it encounters a failing upload instead of passing over it.
Data Hauler runs a TenUp command for every table in the upload. By default, if one of those table uploads fails, Data Hauler skips the table, logs the error message, and finishes the remainder of the uploads. Using the --fast-fail option causes Data Hauler to terminate upon the first failed upload (a non-zero TenUp exit code).
