Submit a support request

Access the 1010data Support Portal to submit a support request for the DataBlazer command line tools.

1010data offers full support for DataBlazer through the 1010data Support Portal. Please include relevant log files depending on whether the issue is with TenUp, TenDo, or Data Hauler.

To access the 1010data Support Portal, do one of the following:

  1. Click Create New Ticket.
    The Submit a ticket screen appears:

  2. Complete the following fields:
    Requester This field lists the email address associated with your Insights Platform account. You can change the default email address.
    Subject Enter the subject of your support request.
    Priority (optional) Select the priority of your support request.
    Description Enter a detailed explanation of the question, problem, or request.
  3. Click +Attach a file and include the following:
    • TenUp: The XML log file, the TenUp debugging log file, and the TenUp error log file. The switch -B creates all the necessary log and debug files you need to include with your TenUp support request and saves it in a zip file with the extension 1010zip. See -B, --bug-report for more information.
    • TenDo: The XML log file, the TenDo debugging log file, the query you are running with TenDo (provide the file if you are using a file), and the shell script code you are using (when applicable). Create the XML log file with the switch --xmllog. Create the TenDo debugging log file with the switch -vvv and output those results to a text file. See --xmllog and -v for more information.
    • Data Hauler: The XML log file, the debugging log file, and the error log file. The switch -B creates all the necessary log and debug files for Data Hauler and the underlying TenUp commands and saves it in a zip file with the extension 1010zip. See -B, --bug-report for more information.
  4. Click Submit.
