Use character(s) as a row separator before each row.

Syntax

-R [ROW_PREFIX]

Description

Use [ROW_PREFIX] before each row of data and [ROW_SUFFIX] after each row of data.

Example

The following example shows how to use a prefix and suffix to mark the beginning and end of each row:

$ tendo -u [USERNAME] -p [PASSWORD] -g [GATEWAY] retail.items . -R{ -r} -o rowsep

The resulting file looks like the following:
