-r

Use character(s) as a row separator after the row.

Syntax

-r [ROW_SUFFIX]

Description

Use -R before each row of data and -r after each row of data. The default row suffix is the newline character.

Example

The following example shows how to use a prefix and suffix character to mark the beginning and end of each row:

$ tendo -u [USERNAME] -p [PASSWORD] -g [GATEWAY] retail.items . -R{ -r} -o rowsep
