In the Grid view, you have the option of copying data from a single cell, a group of cells, or all of the cells within a row or column. You can copy up to 100,000 cells of data at a time.
When copying values in the grid, you can choose to retain the formatting of the data or to copy only the underlying value. For example, a date appearing as 06/26/69 is copied as "19690626" (its underlying value). With formatting, the data is copied as it appears ("06/26/69"). For more information about formats, see Display formats.
